Scotty’s log, Space date: 0075.4., Earth date: 07.30.2021.

☕️6:00 AM. I was sipping my morning coffee and reading the new edition of Hamster’sHealth.

📰The column about the benefits of dumbbell exercises stated: “Dumbbell exercises can increase the strength of the bones, muscles, and connective tissue. In addition to strengthening the muscles, strength training releases a surge of endorphins, therefore uplifting your mood, and, in turn, clearing your head.”

“It turns out my memory is not the only thing that needs to be pumped up. Um, that’s interesting.”

📬As I was about to turn the page on, I got an incoming message. There was a request for transportation of a batch of NFTs, three of them, to be precise.

At first blush, the task seemed easy. However, when I looked into the details, I realized it wouldn’t be all sunshine and roses. The thing is, before I could figure out how to teleport NFTs one by one, I needed to find and neutralize a fugitive.

That’s how I ended up going on a little “adventure.”

I took my backpack and put my Validator in it.

“If I was the fugitive, where would I hide?” — I asked myself.
“The uninhabited chain.”

🌌Why? Because nobody ever goes there — everybody thinks that there is nothing to look for. Luckily for me, I knew one place where my guy might be hiding.

Remember when I ran out of strategic stockpiles of nuts? How I got stuck in that place and had to eat expired canned beans, like for a month? Well, something was telling me that the chain hasn’t gotten rid of a gas issue since then yet.

So, the smart person I am, I beamed myself over precisely to that chain.

👀While I was scrambling along rocky hills, I had a feeling someone was watching me.

I felt shivers down my spine, and I heard noises. One part of me wanted to go back to the station and stop tracing the fugitive, but the other (the one with guts) told me to continue. And suddenly I felt a hand on my mouth. I looked back at the person. It was Lieutenant Urzula.

“Urzula? What are you doing here?”
“I just wanted to make sure you were safe.”
“Ok, thank you for caring. Now that you are here, let’s split up and search out the territory. Don’t go too far, though.”

🗼Soon after the split, I found traces. I followed them, and they led me to an abandoned radio tower.

“Nice to meet you, Scotty. I was just wondering when you are going to find me.”
“Who are you?”
“It doesn’t matter. What matters is what I’ve been told about you. Now, when you’ve found me, I’m going to give you NFT. All three of them. My mission ends here, yours — has just started.”
“Wait, what?! So, you are the one who sent me a message?”
“Yes, it was me.”
“And you’re just going to give them to me? Just like that?”
“Yeah, just like that.”
“But teleport tuned to beam NFTs one at a time. How am I supposed to beam three of them?
“They told me, you’re the man for a job. I believed them as I believe in you. That’s why you’re here. I’m sure you’ll figure something out.”

🏃Urzula suddenly realized what was going on and started running to save me. But it wasn’t necessary — our fugitive had already been gone by then.

That was definitely not the adventure that I expected.

“Hey, Urzula, do you happen to have an extra couple of dumbbells? I guess I’m gonna need them quite soon.”

💡Huh, that was a bizarre one. I feel frustrated but more determined than ever. I must find a solution that would allow me to send multiple NFTs per transaction. However, let me reassure you right away: It’s not “if,” it’s “when.”

Yet still, when I do, what do I call it?..

“What about Batch-Teleport?” — restless Ursula disturbed my radio silence.
“Batch-Teleport? Um, that’s interesting.”

🖖🏼Scotty over and out.
